| Positive SpaceThe Positive Space Program (PSP) is a volunteered committee of faculty, staff and students whose purpose is provide support for different orientations; the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, Intersexed, Queer, and Questioning (LGBTIQQ) community. Most know of it as (LGBT). An inverted triangle with rainbow colours may not mean much to most people but for members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community, that symbol offers more than just an open door. It represents an added avenue to their network of support. The rainbow triangle, seen on stickers in some college offices, is a universal logo for the Positive Space campaign Anyone who starts feeling that they are or might be lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender typically struggle with whether to tell their parents or anyone about these thoughts. Particularly during adolescence, kids who are viewed as being different by their peers can be the targets of bullying and harassment. Recent well-publicized suicides by gay teens and young adults had in common an element of taunting and bullying. POSITIVE SPACE CULT IS GOING TO PUT A STOP TO THIS!
